  zaak tegen Sonja is uniek:zelden werd ambtenaar vervolgd voor lekken van info.Hier hangt de verdachte ambtenaar zelfs 1 jaar celstraf boven hoofd.uiterst precair onderzoek dat zou worden gedaan naar vermeend grensoverschrijdend gedrag van Khadija Arib(PvdA)in haar tijd als kamervoorzitter(2016-2021).In twee anonieme brieven waren bij Bergkamp forse beschuldigingen binnengekomen over haar voorganger:zij zou een schrikbewind hebben gevoerd&ambtenaren hebben laten ontslaan die het niet met haar eens waren.Voordat Arib kon reageren op beschuldigingen,lag nieuws op straat.Gelekt naar NRC.Bergkamp deed aangifte van lek.Rechercheonderzoek wees in richting van Sonja,die telefonisch contact had met betrokken NRCredacteuren&met hen zou hebben afgesproken in A'dam.

  OM eist 140 u taakstraf tegen Sonja.verdacht van lekken van info naar NRC.Zij zou NRC hebben verteld over onderzoek naar vermeend wangedrag door Khadija Arib,waarna er abrupt einde kwam aan carrière van oud-Kamervoorzitter.Dat haar integriteit in twijfel wordt getrokken&daarmee ook haar verdere carrière als woordvoerder op tocht staat,emotioneert haar.K.was op 28 september 2022 aanwezig bij overleg met leden van managementteam van 2e Kamer,waarbij zij regie nam bij bespreken van verschillende lekscenarios.nadrukkelijk gesproken over de optie om zelf nieuws voortijdig te lekken,om Arib in media stap voor te zijn.K had wel vaker met dit bijltje gehakt&wist hoe ze te werk moest gaan.diverse malen heeft gebeld met 1 vd betreffende journalisten.
