- God's Truth
The plain language Edition is an attempt to make the old and middle English of the Tyndale translation easier for the modern reader to understand. One way it does this is by replacing many of the outdated words with more modern ones. For example, there are many “yeas” in the original and these being changed to “yeses” was the inspiration for calling it the “Yes Word.” It also contains many added footnotes that help explain some of the more difficult and less common words.

- Joseph Smith Translation (The Bible Tool)
Also called the Inspired Version, this is the official Bible of the RLDS (of Missouri) but not of the LDS (of Utah). It is essentially a modification of the KJV, begun in 1830 and substantively completed in 1833, though changes were made through the end of Joseph Smith's life in 1844. Versification does not match the KJV in all places due to Smith's numerous large modifications of the scripture upon which he based this work.

- Non-Ecclesiastical New Testament
Trans. Frank Daniels (ca. 1995-2000). Uses "Yahweh". "The translation largely follows the 26th/27th edition of the Greek New Testament, called the Nestle-Aland text, although in some books, particular manuscripts (usually the oldest or most reliable) have been given a greater weight. The recent analysis by Young Kyu Kim (Biblica 69, 1988) which redates manuscript p46 to the late first century has not escaped attention. A comparison has been made to any or all of the following translations: KJV, RV 1881, ASV, RSV, Emphatic Diaglott, Original New Testament (by Schonfield), NASB, NAB, and NIV, with more comparisons being made in more difficult sections of the text. It is this translator's effort to provide a translation as free of tradition as possible,"
