  Reach Out! is a web-based service that inspires young people to help themselves through tough times. The aim of the service is to improve young people’s mental health and well being by providing support information and referrals in a format that appeals to young people. Reach Out! is an initiative of the Inspire Foundation (www.inspire.org.au). The mission of the Inspire Foundation is to create opportunities for young people to help themselves and help others.
  The Reach Out site provides young people with the information, help, support, advice and connections they need to manage mental health difficulties such as stress, anxiety, bullying, suicide, depression, bipolar and other issues that can affect their mental health and wellbeing.

  What is StreamBOX-LiveCD? StreamBOX-LiveCD is a selfmade, KNOPPIX based Boot-CD, which is specially designed to stream MP3. Also there are some programs to stream in the OGG-Vorbis-Format.
