Det bygger delvis på Android. Operativsystemet är tänkt att lösa ett av mobilbranschens största problem – att utvecklarna måste anpassa alla sina appar specifikt till alla operativsystem. Det blir både dyrt och krångligt och skapar problem med många parallella utvecklingsprojekt.
