  My Rating: <!--{OPINION_RATING}--> by John (Baltimore, MD) I just stumbled across this site by accident and after reading some of the comments, I had to leave my two cents as well. The so called “Pella” ThermaStar window being offered by Lowes….is infact manufactured by SILVERLINE, NOT PELLA. Pella, Silverline and Lowes have conspired (in my opinion) to deceive the consumer into believing they are purchasing a quality window manufactured by a very well know name such as Pella Windows. Pella has agreed to put their name, label and basically their reputation on the line all for a quick buck. The only part of the ThermaStar window that is “Pella” is the sticker and the lock which has the word “Pella” stamped on it.
