  The fundemental problem with modern religions, is their tendancy to obey the lower angels of nature. They think that all the answers are written in a book, given by a prophet, whom they feign as the only messenger of God. They will kill in the name of that messenger and steal in the name of that messenger and destroy in the name of that messenger. Thus, after they have dominated the entire planet with their message of victory, they will maintain that it was necessary for the defense of the righteous. Yet they will continue to exploit the poor and the virtuous, in the greed driven pursuit of wealth. Any real messenger will affirm the true messages of other messengers; and he is not at all intimidated by the search for The Divine, in it's various forms.
