    This is the report of Norman Dodd, who was the Research Director of the United States House of Representatives Reece Committee into the potential un-American activities of tax-exempt foundations. This document is 16 pages long (some pages are missing) and outlines Dodd's findings on the major foundations push to "change" US education and their many other "endeavors".
