Captioned Media Program (CMP) CMP lets the deaf and hard-of-hearing were loaned for free of VHS and DVD movies with closed captioning (by searching and browsing, then ordering the movies of their choice), and they can return the materials with pre-paid labels and stamps (provided by CMP) before the assigned date on the cards provided. The Captioned Media Program provides a free-loan media program of over 4,000 open-captioned titles (videos, CD-ROM, and DVD). Deaf and hard of hearing persons, teachers, parents, and others may borrow materials. There are no rental, registration, or postage fees. Several hundred titles are also streamed on the CMP web site. captionedcaptionscmpdeafeducationalhardhearingmediavideo By Nancyin Fun Stuffwith cmpdeaffreefunhard-of-hearingloanedstuffvhsby 2 users
