On the right, a painting of a large turtle fills another wall, appearing to swim through waters that are several brilliant hues of blue. And then the spicy aromas hit you, and you know you're in Island Flavors, a new Caribbean cuisine restaurant that opened April 21 in the Crystal Plaza Shopping Center on Route 197.
