Know the different cues that readers use such as syntactic cues, semantic cues, and grapophonic cues. Be able to look at the way a student interprets information and pick which cue they used. Know what a basal reader is. Know what reading recovery is. Phonemic, phonetic, know the difference. Be familiar with constructivism theory.</description>
