<description>Mobile phone operators need to suspend their fantasies of becoming pay-per-song providers if the wireless music industry is to take off Daniel Schulman, the head of Virgin Mobile USA said. As mobile operators look to sell mobile phones with digital music players consumers should be able to freely move songs from their personal computers to these phones, he said in an interview with Reuters late last week. &quot;I believe that ignoring the PC as an integral part of what at least the youth market accepts as its music experience is the wrong thing to do,&quot; said Schulman, the chief executive of Virgin Mobile USA, a venture of Sprint and Virgin.</description>
