During the video, I followed all the steps ,what Daniel was telling and with my open eyes, when I took a long breath with nothing in mind , it was really relaxing for me. Well! It was really impressive video. I liked one more thing, the sky was moving back and it was making a sense to me as if I was flying with his every words.
