<description>On November 10, 2006, at approximately 6:20 p.m., while working a traffic assignment, officers responded to the 3700 block of Old Silver Hill Road for a suspicious vehicle occupied several times.  Upon approaching the vehicle, the driver of the suspect vehicle pinned one of the officers between his vehicle and the police cruiser, causing officers to discharge there issued firearms.
