[EN] Digital Vortex - How Digital Disruption Is Redefining Industries | Global Center for Digital Business Transformation | IMD | Cisco | 2015 | Digital disruption has the potential to overturn incumbents and reshape markets faster than perhaps any force in history. | The results of our survey surfaced several troubling findings about the potential for disruption, and incumbents’ readiness to adapt. Survey respondents believe an average of roughly four of today’s top 10 incumbents (in terms of market share) in each industry will be displaced by digital disruption in the next five years.

Farewell2oh | Comments in English on the "Goodbye2 .0 revisited" discussion | “Goodbye 2.0” was the initial theme for a discussion at the DMS EXPO show & conference in Stuttgart, September 24th, 2013. The two opponents of the “Goodbye 2.0 revisited” panel discussion were Ulri ch Kampffmeyer, managing director of PROJECT CONSULT, and Stefan Pfeiffer, Marketing Manager with IBM. The discussion was chaired by Professor Heiko Beier (moresophy). The debate started one year ago with another presentation by Ulrich Kampffmeyer, which led to quite a lot of comments and discussions on the web (#goodbye2null). The Goodbye 2.0 live event was to answer the question, if we should say farewell to the age of “2.0”.

Marc Fresko - DLM Forum: A tightrope Balance Act - MoReq2010 - Developing something like MoReq2010 is a bit like crossing a chasm by tightrope – a circus high-wire. If you succeed in crossing the rope, you reach the end and everyone applauds. If you fall off – you fail – then you can be injured, perhaps fatally. And if you don’t know what you are doing, you can ‘freeze’ in the middle, unable to advance
or go back – then everyone laughs at you, stuck in the middle of an unfinished act.
