<description>3.2 S.aureus genome data This dataset was initially generated by MacCallum et al. (2009) (available for download at http://gage.cbcb.umd.edu/data) to assess short read-based genome assembly quality. We used the raw dataset that contains 647 052 pairs of 101-bp long reads with a mean DNA fragment size of 180-bp and  coverage of the S.aureus genome.</description>
