The journal offers a platform for new scientific research results from the widespread area of all e-Learning aspects. The articles are freely accessible via Internet (open ACCESS). They are submitted to a Reviewing process, in order to guarantee a high scientific quality. The topicality remain protected, since each article will be published directly after completed appraisal.</description>
