- Andrew Cowie - Meeting OpenMoko running on the Neo1973
"It’s not every day you get to see a disruptive new technology that’s going to change the world." --- "Having worked in the mobile industry, I can attest to the fact that this is going to be revolutionary. A phone that you can upgrade and not have to throw away? A phone that you can create applications that you want to run and have them run on it? Most of all, this is a device that will open open new markets by the simple fact that people will be able to conceive of their own uses for it."

- Debian Administration :: Mounting file-systems by label rather than device name
When you're dealing with multiple drives, both fixed and removable, it can get hard to remember which is which. Remembering to mount /dev/sda1 in one place and /dev/sdc5 in another. The solution to this problem is to use labels instead of partition names when referring to them, and here we'll show how that can be done.

- Debian announcement 1993
This is just to announce the imminent completion of a brand-new Linux release, which I'm calling the Debian Linux Release. This is a release that I have put together basically from scratch; in other words, I didn't simply make some changes to SLS and call it a new release. I was inspired to put together this release after running SLS and generally being dissatisfied with much of it, and after much altering of SLS I decided that it would be easier to start from scratch.

- Debunking Linux and its Relationship with Gaming
I have a list here of 17 games that I think every Linux user should give a shot to prove that it is quite a very adept gaming platform. I restricted my self to games that do not run on WINE, can be open or closed source, and of course, run on Linux.
